HTML Character Endecoder

Encode: converts <, >, and & to HTML character.

Decode: converts HTML characters to normal text.

This is a browser local application. You can disconnect your internet connection and still be able to use this.

The textarea elements on this tool will have some lagging issues on Chrome if you put large amount of characters.
So if you're planning to convert many things, like, way more than 1,000 characters, we recommend using Firefox.
